Join Skowhegan Outdoors as we embrace the warm weather during our Forest Bathing program. Time spent among the trees is scientifically proven to increase our immune system’s ability to respond to threats, increase the production of NK white blood cells, and decrease blood pressure. Many of us become so busy in our everyday lives, and this program can provide an opportunity to slow down, be present, and create a moment of mindfulness. Constance Woodworth will connect us with nature by guiding us in focusing on our senses. After this gentle experience, you may feel a little lighter, calmer, and more ready for the day!
