Led by Skowhegan Outdoors Team Lead and Certified Personal Trainer Matt Kay, this high-intensity interval training experience designed to build strength, endurance, and agility in the fresh air. Using bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and minimal equipment, each session keeps you moving with explosive bursts and active recovery. Whether you're a beginner or an athlete, this program will push your limits and keep workouts fun, fast, and effective!
We'll meet up at Basecamp Gear Library and make our way to Coburn Park. Please bring appropriate athletic attire and water!

Founded in 2005 by a group of citizens, Main Street relies on hardworking staff, energetic AmeriCorps members, a dedicated Board of Directors, and more than a hundred awesome volunteers to execute major community initiatives and events.
