    We will be adding a fresh layer of paint to the canopies over the picnic tables at Kennebec Banks Rest Area! This event is family-friendly. Participants should expect to arrive and meet for a quick introduction and safety chat and then disperse in teams to different areas.

    Participants should wear old clothing as the paint we will be using is oil-based, bring gloves, and if you have them, and step-ladders. All participants should expect to sign a waiver upon arrival.

    Directions: From the downtown Skowhegan areas, follow Route 2 East about half a mile. You will see a brown sign that says: Kennebec Banks Rest Area on your right. Pull in and park anywhere!
