    Skijor Skowhegan: Northeast Equestrian Skijoring Regionals is coming to Skowhegan on February 21, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make this unforgettable event happen.

    Skijor Skowhegan is Maine’s first equestrian skijoring competition and one of only three in all of New England. This fast-paced team time-trial features a horse and rider pulling a snowboarder or alpine skier down a 1,000-foot course of gates and jumps — all competing for cash prizes, swag, and bragging rights.

    This is an incredible opportunity to:
    • Be part of Maine’s hottest winter event
    • Support a unique, growing New England sport
    • Experience the action up close
    • Be part of a fun, high-energy community event

    Event Date: February 21
    Location: Skowhegan, Maine

    Volunteer Roles: Course support, timing assistance, crowd coordination, athlete support, and general event help (no experience required)
