WHAT TO EXPECT?
Designed with the novice and experienced in mind, Jill will guide you through poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques.
Yoga mats are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing water.
This is a FREE community activity coordinated by the Skowhegan Outdoors AmeriCorps Program, an initiative of nonprofit Main Street Skowhegan.
There is no charge for participation in this event, but advance registration is encouraged and donations are welcome!
