Wrap up summer with a thrilling paddle down the Skowhegan Gorge. No experience necessary!
WHAT TO EXPECTWe will guide you in inflatable kayaks, also known as duckies, through class 2 rapids. The run will be approximately a half mile in length. All gear and instruction is provided.Advance registration is encouraged.
This is a free community activity coordinated by the Skowhegan Outdoors AmeriCorps Program, an initiative of nonprofit Main Street Skowhegan.

Main Street Skowhegan is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on the ongoing revitalization of historic Skowhegan, Maine. Founded in 2005 by a group of citizens, Main Street relies on hardworking staff, energetic AmeriCorps members, a dedicated Board of Directors, and more than a hundred awesome volunteers to execute major community initiatives and events.
