Take in the forest by immersing your senses into a state of recognition. A guided opportunity to understand the impact nature can have on mind and body, while teaching you how to harness it. See what you can do through the practice of Forest Bathing!
Prior to the program date, registrants will receive an email containing helpful information and a brief description of the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather and bringing water.

Main Street Skowhegan is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on the ongoing revitalization of historic Skowhegan, Maine. Founded in 2005 by a group of citizens, Main Street relies on hardworking staff, energetic AmeriCorps members, a dedicated Board of Directors, and more than a hundred awesome volunteers to execute major community initiatives and events.
