Embark on a rejuvenating Forest Bathing experience with Skowhegan Outdoors and WorthIt along the scenic trails of Wesserunsett Stream Preserve. Open to all, this inclusive opportunity invites you to immerse your senses and feel the transformative impact of nature on your well-being.
Located at the end of Evergreen Dr, off Malbons Mills Rd in Skowhegan, ME. The Preserve offers a trail network of easy to moderate difficulty, with consistent gradient flow. Free snowshoes are available for rent at the SO Basecamp. Dress in comfortable, warm layers, and don't forget to bring along a light snack and a beverage.
Registered participants will receive an email a few days before the program date, providing a list of suggested items to bring, ensuring an enjoyable and enriching experience. Join us for a soul-soothing journey through nature!
