We invite you to join us at Yankee Woodlot for Guided Forest Bathing with Worth It Nature & Forest Therapy Connections!
Our guide, Constance Woodworth, will connect us with nature by encouraging us to focus on our senses. Slow down, be present, and create a moment of mindfulness. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water.
Meet at the Yankee Woodlot trailhead within the parking lot of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension Somerset County off of Norridgewock Avenue.
This is a free community activity coordinated by the Skowhegan Outdoors AmeriCorps Program, an initiative of nonprofit Main Street Skowhegan.
